Yes, it would, jsut like the other things in the tribe menu.
And I'll edit it tomorrow, I need to go, but just to say 1 thing, the arrows wouldn't look good on the left side, also, when the IP window comes up, i'd be covering the names, so it wouldnt be good.

You can Sumbit a player to the Tribe's blacklist, at the top, next to the " Submit " button.
If you put a username of a player, that is icorrect, it'd do this:
