Freestyle means you make a map using the XML provided at the end of the first post. This means you can do anything you want in the map, as long as you don't change anything that was in the original XML.

Morph map just means that the map has to change between the beginning of the level(2:00) and the end(0:00). Basically if you have any kind of dynamic ground in the map then technically that is a morph map.
