I kinda redid it after I got some critiques. The person who critiqued this( you know who you are) if you are reading, I'm sry I couldn't fix the hair, it saved as one layer and fixing was just too much. I will do it next time.Your help really did help

Try think of wonky themes, not just "cute" and mousy. Think of an outfit you'd always love to wear - not to look pretty, or to fit in with this year's fads - but to be bad ass and out there :3
