The pen is working fine.... The problem was the downloading
and the brand was Wacom Intuos.. My mum has gone to return it now

But Katie, it should have worked. Wacom makes their drivers compatible with XP.

Try looking for Wacom One or something, but the Intuos should have worked regardless of whatever OS you were using.

Are you sure that the tablet wasn't a used one in the store? Most used items tend to be unclear with drivers or programs, so therefor -Raspberry- it sucks. :I

You should just use Manga Studio or Photoshop CS2 with a Bamboo Tablet. The tablet works awesome, and those two programs are really good.
