The only thing I miss is the community. Felt like people were a lot less brutal / hateful and rude when it came to new players and a new shaman, perhaps because everyone was learning. There was no bootcamp or at least it wasn't as popular, and no "statpadding." ( I believe that's what it's called? )

There was also a mode (Pictionary) where you could draw pictures and have your friends guessing. It was fun / hilarious even if it took a bit of convincing to get people in there to play with you.

It was just plain fun and relaxing. Now, I honestly find myself wishing I could mute the entire chat most of the time.

i like the new one just because it has other game modes

If you're talking about 2010, I think it's mainly because the community consisted largely of older players for a little while.

I was lucky enough to play during the first versions of Transformice. And, even if the textures were "primitive", I fell in love with them, and with the community of course. I do miss the old Transformice, but, it's pretty common to move on from the past.

Although not as before, I still enjoy this game.

I like the, sort of oldish transformice better, maybe some of the stuff right now I would like to still have, but other things I would like to be gone...Like the cafe, or at least have people to watch the cafe. Also the community has changed a lot...

I joined in late 2013. ( By late I mean December. ) So I can't say all that much, But from what I know, The events have gone up to down, What I mean is, 2013's Christmas event had 2 or 3 maps, One was a snowball fight map ( Fun af, But I always lost haha ) and the workshop map. The workshop map has to be my favorite map using the christmas thing, Or the other christmas map where it has the straw bed, The ribbon and stuff, Back to the point. Now the christmas map ( 2014. ) just added some presents to the map. What fun is that? And don't get me started on the community, The old community ( Again I think i'm somewhat old bc 2013 was 2 years ago ) Was much more nicer. But The new community + Cafe, It just, It discourages me to type into the chat sometimes, And from what I am seeing there was no such thing as Shaman skills, Or furs. Or customizing items, That would really suck for me bc outfits are like my life, Anywayssss, The old TransForMice has some downs, As well as ups. Same thing with the new TransForMice.

Overall though, I prefer the new TransForMice because of the updates and such, But other than that, Old TFM 100%

i don't really know about this game since I left for long time, due to the hacker.

whatever. but before they changed the chat thingy, and espically. the store items.
colors and furs. and now they are in furs selction. but before the update was there.
it was easier for me.
also before they put new nice design on the chat thingy

I really liked it. and it was just normal.

To me, it depends on the quality of the game. I think it was interesting before, chatting with friends, playing the game, customize my mouse... now, I feel it's quite boring, aswell as some objectives (for example, collecting some stuff as being shaman with X amount of saves or complete 5 racing maps for a flag), but I also think it's a bit repetitive by doing the same objective over and over again (both gathering cheese and working on as a shaman). Now there are many users who are ambitious with their profiles and ranking (something that it's not necessary), then the attitude and (even!) many things that admins work on and make many users, like me, not liking the system and the same ones thinking that who works on the game won't listen to their "customers" (like the "Collector" tab being awful, the weekly events and the "so-called" 1-month pause dedicated to nothing but normal gameplay and collect those currency for items, and the "ESC" bug situation).
You might not understand this much what I wrote or thinking "that doesn't make sense" or all of that jazz, but maybe you can get a bit of the point...
