Hi! I haven´t been able to log in since yesterday and it says that i´m banned for hacking, which is impossible because I wasn´t even playing when I got banned, and I don´t even know how to hack, and I would never do it ;. ;. I also tried with an older account –which I haven´t used in over 5 months- and I can´t use it because it says I am banned for hacking as well, which is even more impossible. The same happens to a friend of mine. I can´t even play as a guest. I was never banned and it really is unfair :/, I don´t know how this happened, would someone help me with this? . I tried logging in using another computer with the same internet connection, but nothing changed. Thanks in advance!

I do have a younger sibling that plays transformice, but there´s no way he can guess my password nor chance he got to play while I was absent and left tne computer with the game logged in :/ . This happened when neither of us were playing, that day I played until 5 in the afternoon, then closed the game, and then I logged in again at 18:00 and found out I was banned. I thought it was a problem with the server or sth like that and waited, but when I saw nothing was going to change, I decided to look for some help

I mean, I never hacked and I wasn´t the one who got banned, it says that I am banned but I am not really banned, but he is, right? Grrrr. Thank you very much for your help!
