You don't put two shamen on the map.
Simply build the map like any other map (one shaman), export it, then submit.
A second shaman will be included into the map once the map is P8'd. The map has to be completable by one shaman anyways. c:

If you want, you can include a blue flower for the blue shaman spawn and a red flower for the pink shaman spawn to indicate where you want the shamen to spawn.
