I've been asked this question a lot:
"Are circle grounds allowed in Cat3?"
No, they aren't and it's pretty simple.
A circle ground at 0° is forbidden in this category, and you might have noticed it, but a circle ground at 0° = the same ground at 37° = the same ground at 93847° and so on. So it doesn't follow the rules at all.
