People will gift people what they want to. And I don't know about Rumiya, but if I had 389484 people begging me, and one being polite, I will just gift that one person.
Just state what you would like. Don't be like "plz I need it." If someone gives you a thing, you get a thing; and if they don't, it's no loss.
