You can't sell inventory items for cheese, because you can't trade cheese that way, you need to hi5 somebody in an event map with the cheese you need, and you should've shown the cheese number in here, if you don't know your cheese type / number, you can use the Zodiac Sign (the consumable that looks like a sun) to see your type of cheese. To find out the number, you can use the picture below to help you.
