I used viprin's for the feathers.

As for how I got the art result, I basically just spent a loooot of time obsessing over feathers ^^" I had to sketch a bunch of feathers via good old pencil and paper; I also had to look at literally hundreds of feathers over google images to get an idea of what a feather looks like at different angles, the different patterns of feathers, how thick and how long some feathers are, etc.
