The Problem isn't for Transformice Only! Minecraft Multiplayer Servers having Same Problems entering them and Pokemon Go too!

When i contacted the ISP he Said :

"We don't Support Online Gaming Problems"

The Egyptian ISPs Blocked Some ports thats open :
1.Transformice
2.Minecraft Multiplayer Servers
3.Pokemon Go

maybe they blocked it because they wanted to Make people avoid Pokemon Go (that's in my Opinion!)
