Okay so, timestamps and all are good, just the quotes, please remove them, you won't believe how much abuse there is-

If you are the last poster in a thread, you cannot post in it again until 5? minutes have passed.
If someone posted after you, you can post again in 10 seconds

Pretty sure I was the last poster on like, 3 threads and I still can post again?
Edit/ Ah okay, you can't post on the same topic if you're the last poster until 300 seconds have passed, however you can still post in other topics.
That's a good addition to prevent continuous bumping

im not too pleased with it myself, the old design just seemed better, but ive been on the cafe since late 2014, so i guess i got too used to it.

It would also be nice if we were able to change the colors of our names.
