The name change should not be 250 cheese though, that's too cheap. (If it was that cheap, tribe names will be all over the place, causing confusion and possibly disorder.) The changing price should be 1000 cheese or more.

500 cheese is for making tribe name and tribe
so changing tribe name should not be 1000
