.deb files work perfectly fine both on Trisquel 8.0 x64 (even though it had been a little bit tricky to make it work) and Mint 19 x64, but I couldn't get it to work on the x32 version of Mint. I'm pretty sure I used the right version, but still...

The download links look dead to me. The project's Github page is here, but I wouldn't know how to install it either, I'm not familiar with git. As far as I can tell from looking at the files there, it seems that this is just a wrapper for the Chrome Flash plugin ("Pepperflash").

If you can't get this to work, you could perhaps use a standalone Flashplayer instead; you can download one from the Internet Archive:
Flashplayer archive
Click on "View Contents" next to the version you want to download, then choose the appropriate one for your system (the ones with "_sa" in their name are standalone ("projector") players):
64bit Linux: "...linux_sa.x86_64.tar.gz"
32bit Linux (only version 11.2 or older): "...linux_sa.i386.tar.gz"
Windows: "...win_sa.exe"
Mac: "...mac_sa.dmg"

The archives contain the browser plugins as well, including the "Pepperflash" ones for Chrome, but the newer versions probably have "kill switches" that disable them.
Transformice will likely work with anything from Flashplayer 11 onwards.

(There is another Flash archive here, but it's less organized.)

There are two different loaders for Transformice - you can probably use either one of them:
http://www.transformice.com/ChargeurTransformice.swf
https://www.transformice.com/TransformiceChargeur.swf
Enter one of those into the Flashplayer's URL address field.

wget -c https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/32/flash_player_sa_linux_debug.x86_64.tar.gz
tar xvzf flash_player_sa_linux_debug.x86_64.tar.gz
rm flash_player_sa_linux_debug.x86_64.tar.gz

this worked for me on manjaro to install transformice
i just install flash player debugger instead and then install the .swf on transformice.com/ChargeurTransformice.swf
