what is the current status of the helper applications? they closed around 2 and a half months ago and we haven't heard anything since about them.

It's been a while since we made an announcement for the EN helpers team, we are back!
We have made some changes behind the scenes to ensure that the Helpers project keeps running smoothly.

Please let me introduce the new members of the EN Helpers team.

For all your questions, try checking out the help chat in-game, accessible by typing /chat help it might look empty on first sight but every helper will see your question there. Keep in mind that helpers are human, sometimes it can take a while before you get an answer if there are no helpers available at that moment.
