Left as is: @6702420 - Ventrumx#4278 - First off, ramps in survivor are never usually recommended, as mice are able to camp against them in order to launch themselves upwards with a cannon, making it annoying for shamans to kill them. Secondly, cheese is annoying to play with, from both the shaman side, and the mice side. Outside of those spectrums, the layout is boring, and the ice would make it way too annoying for the shaman, as the cannons couldn't shoot properly at a higher angle, forcing the shaman to either move, or suffer. The ice in the middle also does not lead to death, and mice are able to -- if they can see the top -- stay at the top of the ice, and they won't die. For future maps, make sure mice aren't able to hide off screen. @7580891 - Trollduro#0000 - If you were looking to make a map that would instantly kill all the mice with a single cannon, this is the map. If you were looking to make a map we'd want in survivor to give a fair shot for both mice and shaman, this is not the map. Trampolines in survivor are never advised, as shamans are able to abuse them to kill the mice easier. The magic cannon teleporter is incredibly unfair, as mice would for sure be wiped out by a spam of cannons through the slot, resulting in a mass genocide of the rat variety. Water in maps as well is something we don't look for, since mice and shamans are able to abuse it, despite how little water there may or may not be. As for the cloud grounds, shamans would be able to shoot against it, and wipe out the confused mice, hence why we don't usually aim to put them in survivor maps. Shamans are able to abuse them. Layout, overall, is pretty boring otherwise, and nothing stands out. @7581067 - Katana2007#0000 - As stated above, trampolines are never alright in survivor, as shamans are able to use them to ricochet their cannons in a way mice are unable to dodge them. The ramps are easy for mice to camp against, and with one cannon, they'd be able to launch themselves up to the top where the shaman would struggle to kill them, not only because they'd be spread out all over the map already, but because the information bar actually limits how high the shaman can aim, which would annoy any shaman for the map. Other than that, nothing about the map really stands out, and not just because the colors are nearly blended into each other. It's simply not fun to play on. As a final note, backgrounds are not allowed in P10, so for future reference, do not add them. @7581161 - Beyazgalaksi#0000 - Mice are able to camp against the left and right platforms, and sit against the block of ice that sticks out, and the shaman won't be able to kill them as the cannons will just bounce off of their heads. Not only that, but all the ramps would just enable the mice to shoot up like a rocket and land on the top platform, should the shaman actually manage to pry their paws off of the campgrounds. It'd be extremely unfair for the shaman because of these disadvantages. However, it'd be up to the mice to even get up there, as they have little mobility; just a single platform unless they're lucky enough to get launched upwards. Too little mobility can be unfair for the newer players, who don't really know how to dodge cannons as well as the experienced players. For future reference, try to stray from typical layouts, as we look for something new and exciting, rather than the same four or five platforms. @7581853 - Xzowtx#0000 - Firstly, ice can be annoying for the mice and shaman to run around on, since they can't stay still to accurately judge where to jump or dodge a cannon. Cheese is the same scenario, as it makes things more difficult since the body physics are changed with cheese on the back. As for the top ice, mice are able to hide against the corners if they get up to that spot, and shamans would have a difficult time getting them off of it, which could lead to frustration. The cloud grounds serve no purpose in this layout, but even so, we'd never say to add cloud grounds, since shamans are usually able to abuse clouds to fire weird moving cannons towards the mice. Even with those things edited or removed, the layout would still not be something we'd like for survivor, as we see the same layout repeatedly; nothing against you, we just look for something more exciting. @7582727 - Nuttala#3182 - The mice spawn is entirely unfair, as the mice have nowhere to move, and either have to wait to be cannoned away, or be forced to walljump for their lives, which is a major struggle for newer players. As for the giant spike balls made of ice and wood, mice are able to sit against the corners of the spike ball, and they will not move despite oncoming cannons, which would just bounce off their heads. Mice could sleep there, but I guarantee a headache in the morning. The small spike balls on top are also an issue, since mice would be able to launch themselves against it with a cannon, and keep themselves alive because of it, making it difficult for shamans. As for the shaman spawn, since it's made of ramps, despite how little of a slant it is, it would still be difficult to kill mice that got on top, since they'd either hug the shaman, which would make the shaman move with what little room they have, or the mice would dodge any oncoming death balls. For a final note, backgrounds are not allowed in P10, and please refrain from adding them in the future. @7582756 - Fioetowa18#0000 - As mentioned several times above, ramps are not recommended in survivor, since mice are able to camp against them and fly upwards with a cannon that hits them. The space between the giant blocks and the upper most platform is way too small, and makes it uncomfortable to both walk on, and shoot cannons in between. It's way too cramped. The long platform gives the mice way too much room to move, and it'd be difficult for the shaman to kill them, since the mice would be so spread out. Not to mention cheese in survivor isn't something we like, since cheese physics make it more difficult to dodge oncoming cannons, or hard to move in able to shoot said cannons. Layout seems a bit messy, and it's as if this map was thrown together in five minutes. @7582896 - Rei#6705 - Firstly, the information bar literally eats the shaman, and that makes it annoying since a good chunk of the range is then cut off. Not only that, but it'd be extremely annoying if the mice got up to the shaman, since the info bar is right there, and the platform length is small enough where the mice would be near impossible to get off, even with meeps. While I can see the intent behind the long cloud platform since the two side platforms are so far apart, it also acts as a shield for mice on the bottom, and thus the shaman would be forced to move in order to kill those hidden furballs. Not only that, but mice could be wiped out with boxes on the long cloud. Overall, the layout isn't something interesting, and despite changes or edits made, it'd be best to experiment with different layouts to see what your creative mind can come up with for your future mapmaking experience. Left as is: @2550105 - Diego#4901 - The layout for this map is far too overused. The platform where the shaman spawns is too close to the platforms on the other sides of it, and mice will just be slammed against the sides with cannons, and be able to climb up, rather than being flown off the edges. Ramps are never recommended, since mice are able to easily abuse them by camping against the ramps and launching themselves upwards with a cannon. Otherwise, there really is nothing unique about the map design. @7581067 - Katana2007#0000 - This map was already reviewed. @7584552 - Trollduro#0000 - As stated above, ramps are something we don't look for in survivor, since mice are able to use them to fly upwards via a cannon. As for the giant ice block in the middle, it'd make it very difficult for the shaman to aim at any of the mice that sit on the top platform opposite of the shaman, which would force the shaman to move. Newer players would struggle because of it. The anticloud grounds placed on top of the platforms that the mice spawn on are a bit cheap as well, since the shaman is able to send off weird moving cannons, which even experienced players would have trouble with, since the cannons would essentially slide them off. @7584555 - Trollduro#0000 - The layout is far too overused. Other than that, defilante coins are not allowed in survivor. @5645563 - Snanfer#0000 - The area below the shaman is essentially a death trap. If mice were caught underneath the platform, it'd be extremely difficult for mice to get back up alive, without the shaman shooting them down. Not to mention that water is typically not advised, since mice and shamans are able to abuse it. Mice would simply move around the water freely, while the shaman would be able to shoot slow moving cannons against it. The ramp, despite how tiny it is, would allow mice to fly upwards with a cannon, or dodge oncoming cannons with ease, if a shaman were firing at them, making them annoying to play with. The anticloud grounds would be annoying as well, considering mice would be able to hide in them, while cannons rush over their heads, acting as a shield for the mice. Despite that, however, the platforms the mice spawn on are way too small, and they'd likely be shot down after one or two cannons, since there's no room to move other than down. Overall, the layout seems messy and disorganized, rather than a well thought out map. @5517570 - Snanfer#0000 - Backgrounds are not allowed on survivor maps, even though it disappears. The layout seems too similar to other maps currently in rotation as well. In the future, please do not add ramps to your maps, as mice are able to abuse them by camping against them and flying upwards. @7584742 - Snanfer#0000 - As stated above, please no ramps. The same goes for the water, since mice would be able to move left and right with ease, and shamans would be able to shoot slow moving cannons. It'd be annoying for both parties. The layout for this one seems very sloppy as well, and not something we'd look to perm. @7585848 - Aiko970#0000 - Since the shaman is unable to shoot the wrecking balls, mice would inevitably camp against them and run back and forth on them, which would make it extremely difficult for the shaman. Should the mice get to the top platform, the shaman would be forced to move in order to kill them, or jump every time they shoot a cannon. Newer players would struggle with this. The layout isn't anything interesting however, even with edits made. @7245963 - Ethonyds#3905 - Mice are able to stand against the platform where they spawn, and be shot against it. Even if the shaman does not spawn there, if it came to it, mice would camp there, and be unable to be killed, as cannons would just ricochet off of them while they stand in place and get slammed into the wall. The map seems a bit boring, and even with edits, it wouldn't be too entertaining. There are simply too many maps like it already in rotation. Left as is: @7570236 - Bhvana#0543 - Unfortunately, this map will not work for several reasons. The bottom platform of the map will actually make it far more difficult for the shaman to kill the mice, not only because of the fact that mice can hide under the three upper squares, but because any oncoming cannons will be slowed down to virtually nothing from hitting the upper platforms, and the shaman will have no room to fire at them. Since the platforms are placed where they are, in most instances, the shaman will be forced to move, making it annoying for newer players to adequately kill. Every platform in this layout is incredibly cramped and makes the player feel squished, which can make for uncomfortable gameplay. Water in survivor is never usually recommended, as both the shaman and mice are able to use it to their advantages and make it annoying to both kill and survive. As for the shaman spawn, it's far too close to the information bar, eating half of the shaman, and cutting away a good chunk of the range that the shaman has up on that platform. If a mouse were to get to that spot, the shaman wouldn't be able to get them down easily, or even at all. Overall, even with these things edited, this layout simply wouldn't work in survivor. @5801005 - Ethonyds#3905 - There isn't too much wrong with the map, other than the fact that the small ice and wood platforms are much too small, and serve no purpose for the map, as mice would just be wiped out nearly instantly since there's no room to move on there. Other than that, the layout just seems a bit stereotypical for survivor. @5800991 - Ethonyds#3905 - The same issues apply with this map, as your previously submitted map above. The platforms are just rearranged in this layout, and seem oddly placed. The two small platforms, again, wouldn't work since mice would just be wiped off of them in a single cannon. @7588694 - Shootfast#0000 - This map wouldn't work due to a couple factors. One, ramps in survivor aren't recommended since mice will use them to their advantage and launch themselves up using the ramp, and two, the mice are able to simply camp against the edges of each platform leading onto the next, and they won't die since the shaman will simply shoot them against the corners. Oncoming cannons will go over their heads, and it'd be entirely unfair for the shaman. @7588667 - Shootfast#0000 - This map is too similar to maps already in rotation. @7588679 - Shootfast#0000 - Firstly, defilante coins in such a position, with the fact that mice can go through nearly the entire map, would ensure their deaths after just one cannon swoops down. Since the trampoline is fake, mice will attempt to bounce off of it and end up flinging into the coins unknowingly. Since the fake grounds are also behind the mice, they may attempt to bounce off of it, and just be flung off screen, having thought that they'd not die previously. Overall the layout is really uncomfortable, and even with the changes, it just wouldn't work in survivor. Trampolines, for one, make it unfair for the mice since the shaman would be able to manipulate the cannons against the trampolines to kill mice easier. Also, since the ground that the shaman is on is also fake, they'd be able to shoot mice through it, and mice wouldn't see it coming, making them fly off the screen. Overall, the layout is bad, and the gameplay is worse. I suggest playing more survivor to see what we're looking for in mapmaking. @7589224 - Jacintf#0000 - For starters, this map is way too cramped together, and considering all of the grounds are real, it's practically impossible to kill the mice if the shaman aims at them from their spawnpoint, forcing them to move. The vertical ground to the far right is completely unnecessary, as the mice could just get shot into the wall or hug the other side. Also, the platform above the shaman's platform would be extremely difficult to kill on a tad more than the others. The trampolines are completely unnecessary on this map. The mice are perfectly capable of getting up on their own, plus it's far too bouncy anyway. @7590439 - Boo#5343 - The layout on this map is far too boring. Also, the top platform extends past the border of the actual game, making it off screen. Off screen grounds aren't allowed, since it'd be unfair for the mice who don't play fullscreen. The cloud ground is also a bit of a nuisance, as it can be used as a shield for mice to hide behind when the shaman is firing towards their direction. @7590475 - Boo#5343 - This map has quite a generic layout; it's seen quite often in rotation already. The mice are practically trapped on the platform that they're spawned, and having no possibility of reaching the sides unless a cannon hits them. If the mice are in the water, the cannons can only reach the mice unless the shaman moves to reach them. Also, the water under the shaman's spawnpoint is completely useless, it'd be best to just remove it; but, the water can also be manipulated by the shaman when aiming through the water & the mice can get slowed down by being in it. @7590462 - Boo#5343 - As previously mentioned in your map before this one, water in survivor is never usually recommended, as the mice and shaman are able to use it to their advantage to either survive or kill. Since the shaman is so close to the information bar, if the mice got up to where the shaman was, it'd be nearly impossible to get them down, especially since it's a ramped platform. Ramps aren't something we look for in survivor, since the mice will usually camp against them in order to survive, and launch themselves upwards with oncoming cannons. As for the layout, it's pretty stereotypical, and is similar to several maps that are already in rotation, which is fine, but typically we seek something that we haven't seen before. The platform that the shaman spawns on, as well as the two small platforms above the mice spawns, are high unnecessarily small, especially since the shaman won't have any ability to move across their spawn point, and is limited to the one spot. If they move, then they're doomed to fall unless taking that extra time to once more sit perfectly against the point of the square. @7590864 - Chizurie#3329 - Too similar to a map already in rotation. @7300720 - Xxxskywalker#0000 - Ramps are not recommended for survivor, as mice can camp on the sides and use them to propel themselves upward. The trampolines could be used to the shaman's advantage because they're way too strong for the mice to have a fair shot at surviving, they'd end up flying off the map. The layout is also something we see quite a lot in survivor. @7591002 - Xxxskywalker#0000 - This map is too similar to other maps in rotation, but with trampolines. Please do not add trampolines.
