I have had the same problem but the letter i got was from Buffy. It had 3 balloons, as if they were connected to mice cuz they also had the string yet there were no mice attached and it had the letter G written on it... You have to wonder what that enigma meant...

F(G) - plank → 9
F(G) - 3 balloon → 3*3=9
