The solution might be as simple as it seems, we're just complicating things
The scroll says: Mouse (Chinese baloon above?) → "+" (or is it a "x"?) → 2
mouse → + → 2
or
mouse → x → 2

Facts:

1. Meli said everything we need to solve it is already in the scroll

2. The "2" part is definitively the key (equation solution)

3. There's a weird platform that's not used to complete the event and there's a secret offscreen path to it

Hypothesis:

1. The scroll doesn't indicate a map location, it only shows a chinese baloon (there are many of those over the map).

2. Usually, we don't have to walljump or do anything that a noob coudn't do to get the title.

3. It looks like we have to do something twice (x2). Already tried all the emoticons/emojis and nothing happened. The "2" might have a hidden meaning (like "UZLOHQD" becames "VAMPIRE" in a previous enigma)

Try using shorter routes down and go down from behind the start. Not in the direction you go up

Actually I'll try to see if I can go up, skip the lantern and slide back down the neck and see if it gives it when I grab the lantern when I get there the 2nd time
