the first thing i noticed is that there's no shading underneath the hat, carrot, daisy, or the hair (keep in mind that shading directly under things should be darker than other shading) :-)

for da first one, the eyes arent in the right place in my opinion, the end of your eye does not go pass the end of your moouth

eyes proportion should be the same too.
Second one:Tail a bit distorted.
and both do not have whites around the eyes,which is why i find the eyes strange.

The tail and ears are not supposed to be the same color as the fur, there's a type of oval-circle/semi-circle in the ears. It has to be colored peach.
Give the feet and hands more detail.
Add some details to the eyes, add a nose and mouth, too. It looks weird without them.

First thing I noticed was the lineart is a little bit shaky, especially around the tail. What program do you use? I know in SAI you can set your pencil's stroke stabilizer.
The balloon looks cute, but the string is a bit too skinny, aswell.
Her paw (the one closest to us) could be longer. Also, the inner ear should be the same colour as her tail (as well as her feet). Maybe you could add a nose, too, but it looks cute without ^^.
Also, is that a donut on her tail? Maybe it could be a little more round.
