Best theory ever 10/10: Number two is slang for another smellier item of desire, perhaps instead of trying to get to the top, we should be trying to get to the bottom? It wouldn't be an adorable mouse then, I think.

Anyway. Here's my thoughts.
When I logged on, Ykr whispered me with "稿," which he thinks is the last visible character on the note. I care to disagree, as the top right radical is nonexistant. However, the hanzi character DOES mean "grain/wheat" in Chinese, which reminded me of what I read earlier.
The Longtaitou Festival is a festival with deep roots in the farming community, and iirc one of the aspects was to give thanks to the blue dragon and hope he blesses your crops. Annekins brought up saying something on the dragon.
It's also worth noting that one of the traditions is to cut your hair, so I'd consider stripping clothes?

I also still think Adorable Mouse is tied in. So tl;dr my theory: no clothing on, /title 116, say thank you or something to the dragon and/or on the dragon head

Sorry for a late reply and I thought it would be nice to just share what i think of the word

in chinese, rice would be 米, and 麥子 is more suitable for wheat.
Though 禾 means grain and there are chinese words that goes with it like 种子, it is normally use in a different context which it is a verb, which in this case 种 can mean "a type of"
秒 doesn't relate to plants at all, it just means "minutes"

as for 稿, it means draft
