----------Rejected Maps: Sefaprs: @3731919 – I like the top half of the map, however the mice in a cage idea is pretty overused, and I’m not entirely sure how the (winning) Shaman is supposed to get to the cheese and/or the hole. Sefaprs: @3737334 – I don’t particularly like this because, again the cage idea is overused, and there is only one level or platform for the Shamans to fight on. The ground goes along the length of the entire screen, and we have enough of that already. Sefaprs: @3740361 – I’m saying no to this map due to camping issues, and the cage idea is yet again overused. It would be nice for you to try and give the mice a place other than an out of place box. Sefaprs - @3744999 – Despite this map kind of having a cage, it is the best out of the four I’ve reviewed. However I don’t like the unnecessarily large ground sizes or the fact that the majority of the fight takes place quite low on the map. Doqukanbey: @3732800 – Some alignment issues with the grounds, the cheese and the hole. As well as this, the design is more bland than it is simplistic. It’s not exactly a fight map ‘cause one wrong move turns it into a spam fest, and we don’t really want that. Zackybear: @3721899 – I know Hristo has already given you feedback to improve upon for these maps, but I just wanted to say something. It seems like another boring map with a drastic advantage for whoever is on the highest platform. The fight wouldn’t be particularly exciting or fun, and the bottom right area just seems quite out of place; along with the water. Also, I don’t really like cages. It’s almost like you couldn’t find anything for the mice to do, so you just keep them out of the way. Zackybear: @3727198 – I can’t really fault this map though. The design is simplistic but effective, and I think it could be a good place to fight on. Musicofking: @3735335 – Unfortunately for you, several maps like this have been sent in before and have been rejected previously. Also, there are some alignment issues with the grounds. Bataatiinha: @3722275 – Invisible grounds just weren’t made with fight in mind. Yet for some reason, this map is permed. Onkei: @3718356 – The map itself is quite simplistic as just five grounds; however the cage kind of ruins the gameplay with it being slap bang in the middle of the map. Also, it reminds me too much of an existing survivor map; just with a cage added. Onkei: @3736271 – Way too much is happening. Too many platforms taking up space. You were right as well, camping would most certainly be an issue on this map. Archtuarek: @3729775 – Oh my. The grounds are way too small for a fight map and any shaman can easily trap himself inside either of the boxes and just camp the entire round. Not fun. Thelocks: @3734010 – Too many grounds and the grounds are a little too small. Sorry. Onkei: @3738285 – A similar issue with your previous maps. Something being placed slap bang in the center just causes problems. This time the map reminds me too much of an existing FFA map though. Onkei: @3738381 – The design aspect of the map is nice; however the same issues as addressed previously. Some of the grounds just cause problems as they prevent and/or save shamans from dying. Camping may possibly be an issue as well. Brufuno: @3739608 – An incredibly bland map with small grounds; similar to map 47 with the use of a ground that spans the length of the on-screen area of the map. The two platforms above the cheese also make great camping and cannon-spamming zones; which is a negative. Zackybear: @3740093 – Very, very similar to a map already within the fight rotation. Zackybear: @3740059 – The cage takes up way too much space for my liking. Also, the water is quite unnecessary. Zackybear: @3740023 – Way too similar to the map directly above this one, and yet again the cage takes up too much space. Zackybear: @3738876 – Reminds me too much of an existing survivor map; with an added, and yet again unnecessary, use/placement of water. Zackybear: @3731103 – I don’t really know what to say to this. The use of a different ground is quite nice, however the way the lower left platform is angled means that cannons from anywhere else in the map suddenly become useless. Zackybear: @3731083 – The water again is unnecessary. The right portion of the map seems very simplistic and too close to existing vanilla maps. The angled ground doesn’t really add anything to the map other than the question “Why?” Zackybear: @3693619 – I’m quite against cages, and I’m not particularly fond of them being in the middle of maps. I also don’t understand how the mice are supposed to be saved if they spawn inside the cage; which they currently do. Zackybear: @3742858 – This map is quite similar to a couple of maps already in the fight rotation. The two elements of the maps in question just seem to be mixed and made into the one you’ve created. Zackybear: @3742889 – The first thing I thought when I saw this map was just Map 47 with a twist. Sorry. Zackybear: @3715004 – Again. The water. Nope. The top three platforms are unusually small compared to the rest of the map too, so they seem out of place. I think with some tweaking this map could be put forward for further testing. But some of those grounds just need to go; including the water. Experiment with removing and changing the sizes of the three small platforms on the top half of the map. Zackybear: @3744037 – This map is quite unusual. The length of the upper platform creates a confined space below which basically dooms the shaman beneath. There are some very slight alignment issues with the grounds, and I’m not saying that this will be put forward for further testing but something needs to happen with the sizes of both the cage, which I’m not too fond of, as well as the upper platform. Zackybear: @3744131 – It looks to me like you just copied the look of an existing fight map, lengthened some grounds and re-arranged the way the three smaller platforms are arranged. Zackybear: @3744186 – Way too similar to your last map. Just edited. Zackybear - @3744240 – Don’t know what to say to this. You seem to have followed a similar trend for your last three maps, however this is the best one out of them. Some of the ground lengths need to be evened out and the ‘trapped’ area where the mice and cheese are should be moved more to the left in my opinion. Nurshlob: @3740203 – Unfortunately this is too similar to an existing survivor map to be accepted. There are also some alignment issues as well as problems surrounding the varied ground sizes. Recorvert: @3638624 – I admire the effort that you put into this, however I believe a map like this belongs in a different kind of minigame. It doesn’t really seem appropriate for fight. Nerodelta: @3711216 – The ground sizes are way too small. Also, the fact that this map isn’t symmetrical due to the random platform for the mice creates a disadvantage for whichever shaman happens to be on the left side of the map. We don’t want maps with easily exploitable weaknesses such as this one. Denislolol: @3741208 – It is true that this map is quite similar to a map that already exists within the fight rotation. However I do like what you did. Perhaps getting rid of the dynamic grounds and the invisible grounds would benefit this map. I’m not too sure though. Kocaelim: @3742437 – This just isn’t a fight map. I’m not too sure why it’s protected either. There are way too many grounds on this map too. Geoorg: @3220468 – I’m not too fond of the cage, and I’m not too sure if there are some slight alignment issues. Kinda reminds me of an existing survivor map. Also seems a little cluttered. Geoorg: @1524341 – Some pretty bad alignment issues and the varied ground sizes are just whack. Geoorg: @3064130 – I’m not sure if the alignment was unintentional or not on this map. It also doesn’t really seem like a fight map. Geoorg: @1045210 – I quite like the left side of the map. It seems like a mirrored version of an existing fight map however, with an added cage. Physcolo - @3745201 – I can’t really say I’m a fan of this map. Each of the platforms is on a different ‘Y’ level, and whilst that was intentional, it can really alter the course of a fight. Also, it seems too much like a distorted mix and match between an existing survivor map and two existing fight maps. You also have to remember that fight maps are generally made with the idea that not everybody has use of fullscreen. The platform with the hole on is a little too high up. ----------Further Testing: Iulianbuhai: @3740305 – I really enjoy the simplicity surrounding this map. I also like how you moved the grounds inwards to create a kind of box that doesn’t even use the entirety of the map and still produces a nice effect and fight environment. ----------Comments: I'm back guys. Well done to Iulian for being put forward for further testing. Also, I've seen there have been some problems whilst I've been away. Hristo has been reviewing these maps mainly by himself for a long time now, and if you're trying to get yours submitted; you could do the right thing and treat him with some respect. You may not like what he said about your map, however that doesn't give you the reason of being rude to him or anybody else on this thread.
