Having trouble connecting to the game? Read this!

Davidwuyy Does anyone know how to stop lag on the computer? Even after you try clearing the cache and cookies? Anymore tips?

try downloading the game, it usually helps and stops lag

If that happens to me, I normally click the screen sometimes it works, if not I restrart the game.
My problem is:
I have fine internet connection and my computer does not lag, but every 3 minutes (I'm serious, everytime in 3 minutes) of me being on) transformice just suddenly stops working and 1 minute after that (Atleast 1 minute sometimes less)... I crash.. The connection to the server has been interrupted :'(,
I have tried to use Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Puffin , Downloaded version, Steam version, another kind of downloaded Transformice. Nothing lets me stay on more than 3 minutes. I have also restarted my computer atleast 5 times, shut down and rebooted atleast 5 aswell. Disconnected and reconnected my WIFI, I need heeelp. And I've saw help from Minkee and they gave me this link, now I am reporting my problem.
Help me ;_;

This is happening to me as well. I've tried multiple browsers and clearing my cache, but after several attempts the game continues to crash after only 1 minute of gameplay. My computer and internet and internet are likely not the problem as the game was working fine until today, and even when i do connect now I still have a ping of under 200. Other websites are working fine.

EDIT: I tried playing the game on Kongregate and had no problems, so the issue may be with the website itself?

To the two posts above, what are your ISP's?

Getting the same issue, and my ISP is WTC Communications. Wondering if it's an ISP issue.

EDIT: Able to play for 15 minutes now, issue appears to no longer be present. If it occurs again, will re-edit this post to state if so.

It only occurs for the day I tried again at 1230am and!it worked

Okay, it seems whatever issues they had are resolved now. Game is working again. :)

Hello.
Recently I closed Transformice and then when i tried to open it again it gave me the "took too long to respond" thing. I checked my internet but it was fine. i closed and reopened my browser and it was fine. i checked the wiki for info and it didn't give me any suggestions. Then about half an hour later it was fixed by itself. I'm so confused, and I don't want it to happen again, and I don't want to wait around for half an hour until it comes back.

Your should really add "Check your ISP server status" because my ISP hate a serious hardware fault which lead the tfm servers to block my ip address because it couldn't validate me

Suddently today when i tried to enter the game, i couldnt. No loading or anything. Just a white screen where it stands, right click to activate adobe flash player. But i cant. then after standing there for a while, there showes up a note saying ''site not responding, wait or shut the site'' something like that. it have worked on this computer since i got it a few months ago.

I tried to create another account for backup reasons twice but after registering, playing for a bit, logging out then logging back in, it says that my user/pass are incorrect which I know for a fact they aren't. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? and is there a way to fix it?

I installed the TFM Windows app a while ago and it worked just fine. I quit playing for a few weeks, but when I got back to it, this popped up:

I reinstalled it a couple times and it works fine during the first play, but after that this pops up. Can someone help?

Weird bug though:
It said I have troubles connecting with the server when I try to log in with my main account, but when I logged in with my alternate account it allowed me to do so. Until now I am still unable to login with the main account so...

I've been trying to log onto Transformice for about a week now, and every time I log on, after the Atelier 801 logo, it shows this message:
Tentative de connexion au serveur (4444)... (the number changes frequently)
I've waited for it to load, and then it always says it's unable to connect to the game and to try again later. I tried clearing my cache, checking my firewall, updating my laptop, restarting my laptop, and basically everything else people suggested on this forum but nothing seems to work. I tried logging in on my other computer and it worked perfectly fine.
