I think the "+" are the order of the actions that we need to do, and the words "P" "U" "T" "X" says Put X,
X maybe be a value, value that we can get from the other letters.

What should we do in bride map? Dance, of course!
For ?, I don't have lots of ideas. Maybe it's related to event map.
Let's try to dance in room 10's bride map!

it think all of these ( + ) are the 1, 2, 3, 4... like u have to do in order....and it says:

At the event map, near the dragon in the position where it says the orange letter... and to write in the event map x.

Because there are many theories that repeat or ignore already solved problems. There are many screenshots of cards that we already got, but people don't bother to check (people who know but post it anyway because they are happy that they finally got one - that's actually good).
