My 15-year-old account rolshun#4815, has been permanently banned due to insult. I acknowledge my mistake and take responsibility for my actions.I shouldn’t have done it. However, the other side of the situation is that I was provoked by people who severely insulted me and my country. This can be seen by checking the my recent reports I made on my account.

When I received a permanent ban, it said that I had been warned. However, I haven't been banned for a long time. Remembering a warning I received years ago and not falling for rage bait can be very difficult. In general, I try to follow the rules.

I kindly request that my punishment be reduced to a temporary ban instead of a permanent one. I am an active player and a permanent ban feels too severe.Thanks
