how i'm planning to do it is
- make a list of all the relics you need
- find the presents that give the relics you need
- put all the same-colored presents that give relics you need in a section [since i can't do wording properly; blues / pinks / gold / green presents that give relics you need in diff places??/ idk]
- see which presents give you the most relics you need
- open those presents first

alternatively; beg for presents/relics from your friends that have completed/aren't interested in the event.

there is no specific number you have to open. it's luck-based.

I've dumped my results on 261 gifts for anyone that might want to see. Most interesting bit is that I received 52 relics, making the rate around 20%. If you can manage to get about 50 gifts per hour, you'll average 1 relic for each hour spent.

I updated this sample for a total of 500 gifts opened. Happy new year, meeces!

no it's is right.

it's = it is.
its = possessive form of 'it'
it's jingle's appearance, so if jingle was an 'it', 'its appearance' would be correct

Why are some relics rarer than others? Anyone actively participating in the event probably wouldn't want to trade off a super rare relic for something stupidly common. Especially when you, for some awkward reason, can repeatedly get the same relic before ever getting one you actually don't have . Then the chances of finding someone who is giving away relics because they don't care for the event AND they happen to have a super rare one is extremely unlikely, making the trading aspect even more useless.

So now most people have to rely on gathering gifts for themselves. And apparently, you CAN finish the event in "8 days and 20 hours" but its been 3 weeks today, and the majority barely have one set complete.
