You don't need to be 18 to apply to be an EN helper although it's preferred that you are 15

The minimum age is fifteen; not eighteen, and even then it's only a guideline.

You're more than free to apply, but you might not be approved.

We're currently in a discussion with leaders about this, so our stance on allowing DQed players might change. :]

Not necessarily. :3 Some Helpers rarely log in, yet are active in game. Activity on CFM is really only requested in terms of notifying of changes.
