I don't think it's anything to do with usergroups, both players just have to be fully loaded first, which can take about 20 minutes by the looks of it. At one point I could whisper people who were on just as long as me, but not people who had just logged on.

Oh hmmm. I was on for quite a while really. But I couldn't send whispers to anyone. At first I would get >[Username] player disconnected. And then it just stopped doing anything at all.

Hopefully it is just because it is new because having to wait 20 minutes to use whispers would suck.

i don't really like how there's the room name thing hanging there pushing the chat over to the side

or how the typing bar has "room:" in it

or how i can barely access any of the menu

Yep it's kinda like that, some accounts are loaded some aren't. It'll only happen the first time we load the Community Platform tho, not everytime you connect of course. And we had to reboot it to a fresh database to fix some things, so it needed to load again ;;
Devs are up since 6AM and at the office since 8AM, it's 8PM and they didn't even take a break (I brought them food)
There are still most of us in the office right now, I guess Syd and I are going to fetch the devs dinner ~

Yep it is still loading, don't worry, absolutly no data can be lost, and we have clean backups if anything goes wrong anyway.

Make sure you get them some good brain food like fish or something! It's a shame you've all been at the office so long, but this is a big update and we really appreciate the effort put into making it work right!

It's really good to see such hard work. I just wish in the near future, the display names on top of our mouses would change to something better then a box x.x No matter how long I play, I can never get used to it.. it really, really distracts me all the time... :(

You need to log in once, and you can log off after that it'll load all by itself. When you come back later, it'll work.
Also sorry I don't have an ETA, it really depends on how many players are connecting, and a lot are right now. We've put some queue system and disabled some things to speed things up.

The bug at the moment is that we are not appearing in are tribes. Of course if you are not literally in your tribe right now, you cannot access the tribe house.
