Copyright doesn't just work by you saying who own the copyright.. the rightful owner of the copyrighted material has to have given permission for it to be used. The rare exceptions to this are things such as educational (and non-profit) uses. I can't make a game like Pokemon and then say, "oh yeah, all Pokemon related material is copyrighted by Nintendo.. now buy my game".

Whenever you see those YouTube vids where people go "NO COPYRIGHT INTENDED", first.. that makes no sense, and secondly, it doesn't matter what they intend, they're using copyrighted material without permission from the owner. It will be removed if reported by the owner.

I'd love to try it even if its just your mouse being replaced with a pokemon...

The transformation most likely fails because you aren't spawned in the map, wait for the next map and try it again. The transformation only works when you are alive.
