Honestly, I feel that you should think twice about changing your tribe name.
If you think you would regret it even a little, then you shouldn't even change it in the first place.
Plus, this game doesn't even have refunds in general (except for if you bought fraises but never received them, other than that, there's no refunds), it'd be strange for this feature to allow refunds where the rest of the game doesn't allow it.

Although I'm not in a tribe myself, I support. It'd be nice to change tribe names when your current one is trash.
