May I suggest something? I like the part of the application where we have to customize a given outfit's colors. I'd like to see this become some kind of mini contest, here in the forum perhaps? Fashion squad could organize it. Give the players a preset outfit and ask them to customize it, then choose the best-looking one, by using a poll for example or some other procedure, to narrow down the candidates first... What do you guys think?

We did something similar earlier this year but we chose the theme and you did the outfits. It's a good idea, we'll take it into consideration. Thank you!

I just applied! Also TFM should make people part of the Fashion Squad's name colours Pink. Because I couldve thought that these applications weren't official lol. But that would be awesome if the fashion squad peoples name colour in like profiles and stuff was Pink or another colour to stand out from people! Well, fashion squad is not a staff position or anything, like for example the sent/fun corp/ or mod team. And here you can apply without being 18+ so I don't think that will happen.

oh just a suggestion lol, but if it was a public squad and they had different coloured name tags that would be cool lol. I hope I get in though.

If participation from a community is weak (and we are from this community), are we more likely to get hired?

i doubt it, since it's not necessary to have x members from y community; and they're not gonna settle for bad applicants just have people from a community.

We are an international team, we don't focus on X or Y server, we analyze as a whole and not by each community
