Any advice what to do with the computer settings? On my computer at home, the tabs don't work. I can't make colored text or words that lead to links. But at the computer at the library, it works! What can I do to make the tabs work on my home computer?

Well, I don't really think it has anything to do with your computer. Are you sure you're doing it right? Can you see any tabs on other threads? And you cannot color links.

Weird. I can't see my past replies on this thread without typing something again.

Really on the verge of triple-posting and beyond if I can't edit for Christ's sakes.

When editing a post and then getting the Timed out error, the edits won't save.

No matter what I try, I can't seem to change my profile picture. I'm not sure if it's just the picture, or if it's a bug

You need to use lowercase [img] tags.
