Why are some relics rarer than others? Anyone actively participating in the event probably wouldn't want to trade off a super rare relic for something stupidly common. Especially when you, for some awkward reason, can repeatedly get the same relic before ever getting one you actually don't have . Then the chances of finding someone who is giving away relics because they don't care for the event AND they happen to have a super rare one is extremely unlikely, making the trading aspect even more useless.

So now most people have to rely on gathering gifts for themselves. And apparently, you CAN finish the event in "8 days and 20 hours" but its been 3 weeks today, and the majority barely have one set complete.

I completed two sets in the same week when Christmas came (December 25th), the A and F relics and I'm not having a darn luck with the remaining ones (D, E, G and H). Big part of people also act selfish and they don't give two darns about trading some common relics (5 max.) with the rare one, they want green presents. I have a life, you know, ain't nobody got time for that! This is even worse than the Fishing Event, I completed that one in 1-2 weeks and I haven't completed this one in almost a month!

EDIT: Now I can die happy! I finally completed the D relic, hallelujah!

Will there be a lua mini event or something for this event?

The event will probably end early in February, judging by the time the event fur sales end.

I think I started a bit late for this event..

Gotten to the point where I only need the 'rare' relics. And people trade those for ridiculous things I can't really obtain. Sigh.

When they start that I immediately think "if i had 15 pink presents... don't you think I would've opened them by now trying to get that piece u want them for? Idiots..."

That was my strategy to get the final rare relics and it worked very well actually. And I finished the event a while ago by doing that.
Which would you pick?
1. Collect exactly 15 green presents (no need for trading to try to get a pink) and definitely get the exact relic you need.
2. Open tons of green presents (and also maybe try to find tons of mice to trade and get pink) and possibly get the 1 out of 60 relics you need. Each time you open 1 and fail, you have no idea how closer you are to getting that relic.

Also a tip, try selling your common relics for a few green gifts.

Edit: And also, you may find someone cheaper while gathering the gifts.

Last night I found someone willing to trade G4 for A SINGLE gift, which I didn't have, so I proposed giving them FIVE relics I could spare for it, and they were like "3 would suffice" so I listed off what I had and they were like "nvm I want a gift for it". OKAY. I'm giving you 3 relics, potentially including an E1 and an A5, and you'd rather have ONE gift?!

Meanwhile I was trading someone else two relics I didn't need for what ended up being a pink, so I ran back to person A (both whispers were being carried out at the same time btw) and offered the pink for the G4, like they originally advertised. And they retorted with "I'll take the pink, a5 e1 d6 and c6 for it". PFFT.

My personal favorite is people selling common relics for 10 pinks. or a "rarer" relic for 25 golds. Lmao. No.
