Those letters are picked from someone's nickname and I'm pretty sure you have to guess out who is your fiancée/fiancé and kiss her/him.
Just did that, nice event. But I'm pretty sure there will be an enigma.

I got it. You need to kiss the right person, and the letters are telling you who you need to kiss. When you kiss a random person you get a letter until you kiss the correct person. That's what I think.
