Ehhh the community platform goes down so much. At least lately it does. On and off for over two days it's been failing. Can't access friendslist or tribe, tribe chat or whispers, sometimes the tribe menu works but doesn't display information corretly, sometimes the friends list works but doesn't display friends rooms etc.. It's just kind of ridiculous. And people keep saying it will sort itself out in 7-8 minutes. I wasn't aware that 7-8 minutes took hours. Then suddenly the tribe greeting message will pop up and inform me of the same person logging in at least 20 times while I've actually been playing in a room with them the entire time. Then it will proceed to go back down immediately. It honestly seems like every time it goes down it doesn't automatically sort itself out and "the admins are asleep." Why do I even expect this game to work correctly at this point haha

Only admins can resolve this and it's the weekend. Not to mention the fact like Flufferbug said, it's the middle of the night in France.

Well, I don't see many people doing their jobs when it is nighttime and they are probably sleeping.

If you're going to have a game that's ran 24/7 you should make sure you have enough admins who are able to take care of the game 24/7, In my opinion.

Oh yes, let's get right on that, even though Atelier 801 is a small company that employs like six people and for a time couldn't even pay their community manager.

With all the money they get from fraises, you'd think they'd be able to hire more staff.
Thousands of people contributing $ every day....

Servers are expensive.

Sarcasm aside, it's not like they ONLY pay staff or ONLY pay for servers. There's electricity costs, food, et cetera. Since they're not a big corporation like Blizzard, money isn't as easy to get. They're a small, independent developer. Besides, the community platform has seemingly been functioning for the most part today except for a few hiccups. I'd like to think it isn't worth being snippy about.

How ridiculous of me to not take all of that into consideration before making the statement I made.
Sarcasm aside, I still stand behind what I said.

Maybe in a couple years it's something they can think about but for now, it's not viable; and if you were any supporter of their work you would understand that.

I support transformice with $. I have for years. Part of the reason as to why I think it should be ran properly.

Pro-tip: Just because you give them money doesn't mean they automatically have a ton. They have upkeep of other things.

Apparently not if you still don't understand that multiple servers, rent and electricity, upkeep, food, salaries for what staff they currently do have costs a lot of money.
