Hi I cannot log onto my account Los#1962.
When i enter my email and password (which are correct I doublechecked) the screen turns gray and doesnt do anything else. I wait for minutes and it is just frozen. I tried refreshing, etc. Then I tried logging onto my sisters account on the same laptop and it worked... idk if im banned but it doesnt show a message telling me im banned and as for as i know I didn't do anything wrong? please help!

edit: ok for some reason i logged in and it worked so great! nvm^

Transformice is working, I'm guessing it's something related to my ISP;

My firewall settings haven't been changed in forever, it worked fine before (all necessary connections allowed)

Edit: It was a temporary issue, likely my ISP, everything works now

Slow loading - causes an Blank screen on Standalone due to an wifi problem.
So i am using firefox instead Chrome.

failing the TFM screen loading should result in Blank screen (for slow wifi players, i will later.)

I also had that problem, but I managed to fix it by going to a room by typing /room [roomname] in the chat.

I have this problem from yesterday. My problem is that I can't access the site, the forum, the game ... absolutely nothing. My firewall is disabled. I tried to access them from another internet connection. Internet providers: rcs & rds, Orange.

Ever since two weeks ago, I've been lagging and disconnecting for minutes on end. My ping has reached the 3000s and sometimes higher to the point that simply waiting for the /ping command to respond disconnects me. I don't know why this is happening. It's just this PC in general that's having issues. I'm using the browser version -- I tried the standalone before, and frankly, it's more prone to lag and disconnect without much warning. My guess is that there's a firewall issue, but I don't know where to go from there.

I can't connect since the new update today, what can I do?

I use safari and when I go to the main page, instead of the loading screen, it's just a black screen. I tried clearing my history and trying different things but nothing is working. Does tfm just not work on safari anymore?

It's always this page but the errors can contain different numbers from time to time.

6. What company provides your internet (ISP)?: Um .... I really hope racism doesn't exist here since we all know how wrong racism is and how it has no place in online games but um ... I'm on Rightel telecom.

Other things I tried and with them all the same problem persisted: I changed from windows 7 to 10, I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Flash Player and shockwave, I tried Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari on PC and Puffin browser on Android, I tried a VPN (not to login but only to see if the game loaded which it did not) and I tried a windows XP and I tried a link someone had sent online that was ending with SWF and was supposed to launch the game from a different route (not sure how but they said I could try and see if that worked and it didn't).
More info: I have a friend who is in the exact same situation and country as me and they too have the same ISP and they reported to have the same problem. They are missing this game very much too. Please let us know how we can solve this problem and play the game again.
