if you didn't know I write, well I can.
it's not that dialogue or power bs story.
It's just one about transformice in A VERY CONFUSING WAY.
i'll post this in the actual thread when I edit the prologue and have two chapters ready.
the story is strange at the moment but, when I post it it'll have all that info and bs c:

warning about the current prologue: It has at least 700 words and is very green. green.
plus you do not get all that fancy imagery sh*t words in there which is why I have to edit it soon.

Kiyori's P O V

I firmly grasped the sheet of paper within my paws, not wanting to lose it on this very day. The crowd of mice was growing with every passing minute, yet aside from the sound of shuffling and slight wind, there was complete silence. Today would be where Community B's careers, or, fate, would be assigned. It's thrilling, really! Knowing where you truly belong, a land that sets you apart from every other mice. I could just smile.

"Kiyori!" Caught up in my thoughts, I was tackled by a familiar mouse. Then again, every mouse in Community B is familiar, with the same plain white fur and whatnot. The only distinguishable features of Community B are our faces, hair length, and rarely, clothing. When I mean only, I meant only. All the streets and shelters are plain, without memorizing the entire layout, you can get lost... and you can mistake the back of someone's head as your acquaintance. Getting a clear look at the offender's face, I sighed.

"T-Tori, what took you so long?" I questioned under a breath.

"Ah, about that... I'll tell you later," She replied, hiding her cheery emerald eyes with a paw, seeming to avoid my gaze. "but, ah, do you have the time?"

"Nobody has the time, that's why we're all here." I mused, looking upwards to the grand clock tower. It's rythmatic ticking is the only thing calming me down.

"... What do you think will happen to us, Kiyori?"

"Please stop asking as if I know everything." I furrow my eyebrows and frown.

"Sorry." She places her paw on her other arm, facing the ground "... It's fine, Tori, we'll be alright!" I laughed, grasping her paw in my own. "Everyone's said so many wonderful things about this. In fact, I bet we'll both be together... so, don't worry... okay?" I grinned to ease her anxiety, yet we both know there could be any outcome.

Time passes on, minute after minute. It's almost an eternity, waiting so long in broad sunlight. As if they were answering my plea, trumpets blared from every direction in a harmonious tune. The Duke sat in a litter (chair) lined with a golden hue, and held up by many. The Duke's escorts walked forward, showering him in rose petals, giving off a pleasant fragrance and a cheery aura. The crowd of mice gawked at the sight. It would be due to the fact all we'd ever seen was the same thing always.

The procession paused, and the Duke stepped out in jeweled clothes, preparing for his speech.

"Ahem, as you all know, today is the day your path will be made. All of you have slips of blank paper, yet this is not true. Our specialists will tell you in mouse (person) where you will be headed, so line up in an orderly fashion towards the tower, and make it fast!" The Duke commanded with a roaring voice. The crowd immediately ran.

I let go of Tori's paw. "This is where we.... separate, haha." I sheepishly whispered. I was embraced into a hug immediately.
"I won't forget you."
"Yeah." I sighed.

One by one, the mice went off inside the tower, never to be seen again. Each time, I nervously shuffled forward. Until, it came to be my turn. I shakily handed the paper to an unusually pale mouse, a lot brighter than Community B's white furs. They snatched the slip from my paw, taking a single glance at me and inspected the paper.
"Ah, so you're one of those. Too bad, you looked like a Division S. Would've been nice to see you a hopeless mess." It seethed, frowning in disgust.
"What--"
"Take the corridor on the left. You'll find a beige sign with the words etched on it 'Division V', now go!" I was rudely shoved into the tower, and I groaned in frustration. Though, I'd never imagined the tower to look like this... Instead of gears and mechanical clockwork, it was a simple, gray room, with entrances in three directions. As much as I wish to try a different doorway, I'd not waste this opportunity with a single interest.
'Left, right? Ah. I just said right, but it's left.' I went through the hallway, finding nothing but doors and signs above them. What if I didn't go through the door I meant to..? My paw hovered over the knob to another door. I grazed it, and immediately felt a jolt of pain. I looked closer. The doorknob was no longer there, and I had singed my paw. 'Perhaps that's why..?'

Here it is. A beige sign hanged over an awfully plain, wooden door. Hah, like I have to complain. I cautiously checked the doorknob before touching it. I glazed it over with my paw and found that it didn't harm me like the last. I slowly turned the knob, and pulled the door with a creak.

A white light engulfed my vision and I fell.
