Honestly i don't like the change about the relics drops. It makes the event kinda pointless. Now it'll be useless to excange presents, which was part of the core of this event. I don't like really how it will end, pretty much like halloween, when during last week people had 80 fortune cookies and endless try to go for the secret title vampire slayer. I find more engaging struggling for a reward instead of having it well prepaired and served in a fancy blue present. IMHO things should've stay'd like in the beginning.
I think A801 shouldn't have listened to people complaining about the event being too hard in first place, because it will last one more month so everyone will have plenty of time to finish it like it was in the beginning. I can understand that everyone want the titles and all the stuff immediatly but it ruins the idea of long lasting events.

My first experience with the new map:
The terrain of the ground is a bit confusing. Especially the water poles. But I guess it's somewhat intended for the challenge of the map.
The TNT blasted me directly into a skull. :(

edit: Second experience. Navigating the clouds is tricky. :(
Died at the part where you have to go exactly horizontally between the skulls.

edit: Beat it on 4th attempt! :D

But the event should at least be fun, even challenging but not ridiculously tedious. Grinding gifts for hours to only obtain fat stacks of consumables and a relic you already got 5 times before isn't really fun. And based on player reports, people found the same relic in a multitude of gifts, so maybe things haven't changed that much at all. Minus the fact that trading has lot its biggest use in this event.

Anyone know if artists are allowed to barter art commissions of users' mice for relics/other tradable items? A lot of games with in-game currency/items allow artists to do this but I don't think I've ever seen any info on whether TFM does?

It's been fine so far, people began doing it with the first relic-based event.

It has exactly 2500px height, and yes, XML limits are lifted with Lua.
