UPDATE: There are new titles. One of possibilty is that you get titles by giving to Papaille. Another one depends on how much you give or how much you have.

Well here is why:
Jingle is busy in other event maps sometimes so Papaille come and take his place

And for thoose two items , they were there befor event an age ago , And pp will be added to the game(

I always think that when it's snowing, the event map is near
