After the recent leavings and firings the Staff team has been incredibly unhappy with the admins, many have been very afraid to speak frankly with the admins for fear of being instantly fired, as I was.

When this was brought up to Meli in the Mod forum she ignored it and said she didnt believe the mods were that scared. Someone then posted her an anonymous skype chat from our private mod skype group showing her (without naming names) what was being said about their current way of dealing with things, and the terrible treatment we've had to go through at their hands.

After seeing this Tig replied that "There will be consequences", which was very odd. Overnight one of the mods in the group betrayed the rest of the team and gave up the identities of those involved in the skype chat to the admins. The admins then proceeded to fire all the staff involved in merely speaking their opinions on this matter.

The comments Meli has been quoting all come from me, as I was and still am amazed that anyone could be this stupid. It is not fair for her to blame the others for my comments, and I own up to them. These were comments made AFTER I was fired and the other mods, while expressing opinions similar to mine did not do it in nearly as harsh and direct a fashion.

This is at its heart, a firing for having an opinion. If the Mods dont agree with how Atelier is doing things we will be fired immediately, and muted on the forum if we try and give reasons. It's thoroughly disgusting and you should know that there is not a single Moderator who is now on the team FOR the admins, they stay on because they don't want you guys to be abandoned and left for dead.

I was threatened with a perm ban in game if I speak out, so I guess this is the last you'll hear from me. Good luck with these Admins, you'll need it.

Had wished the issue with admins and staff got solved differently, but what do you expect from a french company and foreign staff..clearly the communication language is a barrier. ;)

That just shows how much they're trying to keep us from having our own opinion and how far in the wrong they are so what's the harm in doing this when it's proving other points?

I really hope they don't go as far as banning you. That'd just make them look worse.

what tig did was completely and utterly wrong. that's like me and my friend talking about how badly the head of our school runs our school, then my friend telling him about our conversation and me getting excluded. reasonable? no.

They'll just hire some more naive/power hungry players who after a while will realize how shitty a job as a moderator of an online game is and they'll leave/get fired and the cycle will repeat yet once again. But seriously, what did you people expect? It's their game and they can do fuck they want about it. It's sad i know, but that's why i've always thought that getting involved with the staff of any online game will only leave you drama, dissapointment and make you lose a little bit of the hope on humanity that you might have. You should take note from this, and from so many other colorful examples that happened before this one.

Idk about other mods, but I really feel bad for frap. She actually liked being a moderator, even after being spammed by 300 BRS per second of wich 60% just insulted her.
