Hmm, the bowtie should be a little further up so it looks like it's on her neck, not chest. That's the first thing I noticed. The feet should be a flat on the ground, too, not facing forward :p. As for her paws, well she has no arms or shoulders.
The tail could be thinner and the bow on the tail looks like it's floating and not attached. Just wrap a little string around the tail and it would look fine to me.
The hair is is fine except one thing; instead of black lines, you could try to make the lines the next colour. If that makes sense. Like the black line in between red and orange could just be red, for example. It'd look more natual.
One ear is a bit bigger than the other and flower is directly on one ear. You could try to move it more to the left, closer to her eye. Oh, and she has no nose :c!

what do you mean by "no hard crits allowed"? the second rule for the artist says that you have to be prepared for harsh comments and the third rule says not to throw a tantrum. just hang in there. i might as well critique this because i know people are gonna get angry if you post this again.

for the first drawing:

the tail looks too thick
the tail accessory is a tad bit too long
one leg/foot is bigger than the other
the hands/wrists are sticking out of the torso and also need elbows and shoulders
the ears should be bigger
should have a lineart

for the second drawing:

the tail is thinner at the bottom and thicker at the top. you need to fix that up a bit.
the legs aren't matching the position of the head/torso, making it look awkward. i'd make legs/feet face the viewer or just change the position of the torso/head altogether.

again, the hands/wrists are coming out of the torso and need elbows and shoulders
the tail and legs are both overlapping the dress
the diamond on the tail accessory doesn't even really look like a diamond, it just looks like a spark or something to me.
like the first drawing, it should have a lineart

You never know how bad it can be. If you specifically don't want harsh critiques, just say it in your post.

And Im not throw a tantrum btw. I was only posting this a 3RD time because people were ignoring it. And also I said under the 2nd drawing that the diamond is small so you cant even see it well. Thanks for help though e.e

you should move the left eye's(from the human's POV) pupil, iris, etc to the left
and the ears are literally attached to the BACK of her head, should usually be at the sides.
the headphones are also pretty off too, but it's a bit hard to explain
and last, the tail goes from thin to thick

you've still got to be thick skinned when asking for a critique tho. some people aren't really used to not being as harsh as they usually are.

I know. Well if people are hard crit then they shouldn't critque on peoples drawings unless the drawer wants it. Anyways we should go back on topic.

The outline of the hair looks a bit messy? Maybe make it more smooth and straight and not so much bumps there?
The arms' outline is the same and the dress.
The left arm is skinner than the right arm, fix that maybe?

I like the pattern of the dog! It's very qt!

But one TINY detail I noticed. The earrings have a white thing there:


And thought that maybe the white hole should be the same color as the sky, because it may look awkward with the white.
The tail is a bit too thick and the tail gem is too squished.

Other than that, I give this drawing a 9 on a 1-10 scale!

the tail is really thick
the feet should be a different color than the fur (that weird pinky kind of color)
the inside of the ears should also have the weird pinky kind of color with lines
there should be whiskers

The teardrops are quite big for such a small girl.
The legs are too close to each other and look like sticks ;o No offense

the bow is too low on the body, it looks like it's more on the torso than on the neck
the ears should be a tad bit bigger
the feet need thighs/legs, feet usually don't stick out at the sides like that

other than that i think it looks fine, the arms could be fixed up a little too
