You can get all titles at once, I dunno about items.

But for shop titles up to 4 stars is that a bug?

The stars are based on if you had gotten them before. So if you were at the first christmas event, you get 3 stars now. I think it goes like that, atleast that is what I think.

Yeah thats the only explanation that actually makes sense. But they confused us by adding stars to shop items as a 2013 acc had shop title with 4 stars

They really should have added a sound letting you know when you've got a present.
