Left as is: @7942794 - Ghost#6398 - The obstacles don't seem to work as intended, given that the map was deisgned for P17. The mice icons indicate the presence of touch collision, which also doesnt't seem to be enabled. In that case, the concept would not be suitable for racing as it adds an element of luck. @7943032 - Andria122#0000 - It's nice to see honey being used in a racing map, but unfortunately it is not well implemented here. Honey only replicates an ordinary chocolate ground, so its unique properties as a ground do not stand out in this map. There are also no shortcuts, which are required in racing, and the obstacles are quite generic. @7940970 - Andria122#0000 - Same as the map above. @7043823 - Poteerfotter#0000 - The map looks neat and plays smoothly, but it doesn't come with an oitstanding gameplay. The only shortcut or deviation from the single path is based on how you use the lava (jumping into the lava makes you faster). Aside from that, the obstacles are rather automatic and use the same basic restitution techniques, and there is no path variety. @7633904 - Cyclone#3550 - This map uses precision to define the alternative routes and generate shortcuts, while maintaining a decent gameplay. The issue is that the slower paths are really boring and practically obsolete, due to the shortcuts being easy. The entire top left and the chocolate grounds one must climb to get to the cheese are practically unused because of this. @7576775 - Cyclone#3550 - Similar idea as with your first map, but in this case the chocolate can actually not only ruin the flow, but also cause mass death. Shrotcuts are not numerous and pretty basic as well. The rest of the obstacles are more repetitive than they are different. @7938887 - Antoni0#8587 - The idea is lovely! Sadly, sticky grounds don't work in racing when they're used in this way specifically, as they can become unstable when multiple players use them at once, allowing some to pass earlier and making the gameplay luck-based. In this case, the ice triangles are awkwardly placed, breaking the flow. All obstacles are also unpredictable. @7943375 - Xaxadoooooo#0000 - Map plays well and has no major flaws overall + the shortcut leading to the cheese is nice. However, it practically only uses the same trampoline/lava type of obstacles, making it feel repetitive. The whole shortcut is also automatic. @7777777 - Eymenpro34#8347 - Please do not submit other people's maps and avoid submitting already existing perms. @646800 - Eymenpro34#8347 - As above. @7942399 - Jim#3189 - It works okay and has no issues with the execution of the obstacles. I will go with P1 because the top side of the map is pretty much using the same obstacle as the bottom side. The shortcuts are not outstanding either, although the quick way to the hole by cornerjumping is cool. The water also looks like it's modified, which can be misleading. @7930246 - Jim#3189 - The first obstacle, leading towards the cheese, is automatic, requiring little control or skill. It may sometimes be glitchy too as a result of lava grounds in close proximity of each other, causing random teleports and speed-ups. Lastly, the map does not have enough alternative routes/shortcuts. @7944429 - Katwyn#1614 - There's some nice shortcuts you can take thanks to the trampolines, however the way back to the hole is really easy and the fastest path is also fairly automatic and effortless. I would like to see a bit more challenge. @7264461 - Bluuz#4903 - There are almost no alternative routes, and the gameplay tends to be slow and tedious. Walljumping is also not something we look for in P17 anymore. @5527100 - Bluuz#4903 - Similar problems as with your previous map. I will also add that players have to repeat the same obstacle in this case, which can lead to repetitive and boring gameplay. @6166247 - Okpatinhos#0000 - There are many different ways to complete the map, but they are similar in difficulty and speed, defying the purpose of alternative paths. The shortcut leading to the hole directly from the cheese is the only one that stands out. The obstacles are also the same and involve a lot of ice sliding. @7943857 - Morumotto#3840 - This map resembles the older P17 maps and does not meet the current standards. A modern racing map needs multiple paths and shortcuts and a more complex and original gameplay. Also, one of the wood grounds is fake (ice properties). @7831100 - Godmcb#6577 - I like to see antigrav being used, but unfortunately the map is not worth a perm in its current state, 90% of the gameplay is a long and automatic single path, followed by one single shortcut. @729302 - Partyfool#0095 - Withdrawn from review on request. @4189609 - Unknown#3300 - Interesting layout. The fact that shortcuts link into eahc other is nice, but it won't be easy to use this property due to how precise the obstacles are and how easy it is to hit a corner and lose all the momentum. Aside from that, the slower path is really tedious. I would suggest experimenting with the layout until it works better. @5441526 - Unknown#3300 - I like the use of lava and the ways to get an advantage, however the lava is often unpredictable and causes a lot of glitches, ultimaytely making the map a bit too luck-based. The lava under the hole is meant to serve as a quick way to get cheese, but it works poorly as players end up missing the cheese. @6109280 - Okpatinhos#0000 - Works fine, but doesn't offer anything extraordinary. There's also too much walljumping given the current standards. Okay as P1. @7944619 - Selamccanim#6136 - Space is used very pporly here. The map has a single path, lacks shortcuts and is overall too simple. Try providing different routes, more original obstacles. Use the space to help you. @7939571 - Bautipro#5357 - This is a really cool concept with honey effects. I would, though, prefer it in a different layout, as here it's quite tedious to walljump so much and there's barely any variation/shortcuts. @7944799 - Zio#0131 - Same as your other map. Additionally, the trampoline is too small. @7944955 - Shen#3315 - Most obstacles are generic and the slow path under the cheese is tedious and annoying to complete. The spawn section is also luck-based and unfair, as it's hard to control your movements. @7912209 - Trollduro#0000 - Althought the shortcuts have potential, the slower path is really generic and not worth a perm. @7923200 - Antoni0#8587 - Nice concept, but the map is too precise. Since players cannor predict the duration of each effect, the gameplay becomes annoying and chaotic. The timings are so precise, that it's super easy to lose momentum and break the flow. There also aren't any major shortcuts. P1'ed: @7888330 - Poteerfotter#0000 - I actually quite like all the shortcuts. It's a nice and versatile map. However, it uses the same lava obstacle over and over, so it won't resists over time as a highperm. P1 for now. @7944843 - Zio#0131 - There's too much walking and walljuming involved in the gameplay. The shortcuts are pretty basic - cornerjumps. I will P1 the map so less experienced players in Normal mode can attempt to complete the map solo without the shaman.
