I think you can, as long as the main colors are still used mostly.

And like I said, main colors should be used mostly in the picture.
Some people added too much green for some reason when they could have included yellow patches of grass.

That's a lot of green to be honest. I don't really know what peopel are thinking by adding green but only yellwo and pink for eggs and the mice outfits.
