The only situation where this idea would be justifiable is when a player got hacked and the hacker left the tribe. But at the same time it is your own responsibility to not give out your password or to not visit or download malicious websites or content. So if you do get hacked you have yourself to blame and should accept the consequences.

If you leave your own tribe for the sake of joining another, you have argued that you accept the fact you lost 500 cheese and will not be able to be spiritual chief. If you think you want to have your tribe back, you should reconsider leaving it in the first place.
