Polypopu a dit : Since the three games from extinction.fr will be implemented in TFM (not exactly in TFM as minigames, but as side games hosted on the same platform), and given the modifications brought to Forteresse and Bouboum, I see no reason to think that Tig won't suit Aaaah to the TFM population and its graphical/gameplay style. As a matter of interest, Aaaah! is not the direct ancestor to Transformice. Historically, Tig made Aaaah to assess his skills in Flash (the programming language that allows you to play TFM). The success of the game was a surprise, and he kept programming games in Flash and exposing them on french forums based on videogames (correct me if I'm wrong). One year and a half later, Tig released the beta of a new game : Fish. The beta lasted three or four months, but it never saw the light. That's what Fish looked like back in the days : Fish (basically me performing some tricks in a private room ; you might want to do further search for actual multiplayer gameplay footage) As you can see, the objects available were very similar to those present in TFM. There was a Guide, now known as the Shaman in TFM, whose duty was to lead fish back into their aquarium. Unlike TFM, the Guide could place objects anywhere on the map and had no physical presence. He could even stop the time for 7 seconds to build his contraptions. By the way, at 2:43, while I thought I was only fooling around, I was actually angering the now famous Anvil God (well it's not actually an anvil, but anyway ...) ! I think it's the first known instance of the easily unpleased God. It's only in early May 2010 that Transformice came out and bursted onto the 'multiplayer browser games' scene, little by little gaining international attention. No need to tell you the story of TFM, you probably already know it. |

Why isn't there "speed boost"? Almost all bomberman game have this. |

The question still remains if they're reading feedback. I understand that the admins are busy but it would be nice to have comfirmation from an admin them selves. Just to know that this isn't going to waste. As for the speed boost, I like the game without it. It just has a nice feel to it. But that's just my opinion. |

Just a Bomber-Man copy.I don't like this minigame. |

It's not a complete bomberman copy. The game is different in many aspects. The concept is the same, but the mechanics aren't. In my opinion. |

As Gargouche showed, Sydoline answered the feedback from Extinction players. I translated it for you : Modifications related to bombs : - The leafed bomb (note: literally 'ecological bomb' in the French version) now has a probability of 30% to spawn a destructible block (instead of the previous 50%). - The laser bomb (ultrabomb in French) now has a probability of 40% to destroy unbreakable blocks (instead of the previous 100%) - The range of the striped bomb (confetti bomb in French) is now based on your normal range multiplied by 3 (instead of the previous x2). (> This means that if you have a range of 4, your striped bombs will randomly blow up in a range between 4 and 12) General modifications : - Closing in walls in endgame are now completely unbreakable. Even by the laser bomb. - Every block on the map now vanish in endgame. - The occurrence of the auto-placing malus has been revised downwards. You now have a probability of 3% to get it, and it only affects the person who got it. Informations : - You have a probability of 15% to collect a bomb by stepping on 'random bonus' blocks marked by a [?]. - If you already have a special bomb, you have a probability of 10% to get ordinary bombs back by stepping on 'random bonus' blocks. /!\ I remind you that the game is still in its beta phase. The development is not completed and nothing is definitive yet. You can thus post your suggestions and remarks here, as long as you stay respectful. Trolls will be deleted and will not be taken into account. |
