2-This option to sell the tribe to only be able to the Spiritual Cheif, because I wouldn't want a stooge to sell the tribe to some person I don't know.

3-What about the people in the tribe? What will happen to them? Will they get kicked out of the tribe once it's selled?

For the Spiritual Chief there could be a button that says "Sell Tribe".
When you click it, it will have you enter someone's name. [Example: Player1].
Then, a message would appear on Player1's screen, saying:
" [Spiritual Chief] would like to sell their tribe to you. Would you like to accept? (Note: The cost is ___ cheese!) "
there would of course be 2 buttons, one saying "Yes" and one saying "No".
If the player says yes, a message on the screen would say: "Are you sure you would like to buy the tribe [Tribe Name] for ___ cheese? [Yes] [No]" Just to be sure.
Then the spiritual chief could get ranked down to Tribe's Shaman or something, and the new owner who bought the tribe would be the new Spiritual Chief!

I think some people might want to sell their tribe to someone else, because lets say mouse1 Made a tribe called "X" and mouse2 wanted tribe "X" well you can't coppy a tribe name so, what would happen is that the owner would sell it for no more than 500 cheese. So people that made a tribe and don't want it anymore would get some cheese back. c: *Sorry if suggested before and got denied... Just close it if it did.*
