For Cat 3, can we have dual sham or only one sham?

Historically, Cat3 has always been reserved for both P4 and P8 maps, so I'd venture to guess it can be either.

Cat6 isn't exclusive to any specific perm category, so if doesn't need a shaman then it'll be P7 if Map Crew votes in favor of that designation at the end of next month!

Why not just strike out the category rather than replacing it..since it has been a couple days already.
