Ca4: art related to scientific creations or scientific character Etc...

Apparently, bad categories are institutionalized! No wonder Category 4 maps are always terrible. Can't we change the requirements for Category 4 into a "Miscellaneous categories" instead? That way there's a possibility for, y'know, decent categories?
