I know perfectly that it's not your decision, my point was that you can and should try to be a bit more relevant in these kind of decisions, it's not like Sydo does your work. If Mapcrew's point is just working and staying silent without voicing its opinions, then you're really doing a good job.

How about many people under 18 fill in the form, in detail.
Show that they are worthy and can speak english in a mature manner.
Then Sydoline and the mapcrew can go to the French Government or something and show them proof that there are many applicable under 18's around the world who have the ability to do such things on an online game.

I personally think this would work. Afterall why do you think the French laws came up with this? Because they think 18 year olds have more responsibility and can do things better.

If we show them younger people can be as good as 18 year olds, this might change their mind. ^^

Yes, there are current map crew who are under 18. This is a legal requirement now that there is a company behind Transformice. All new staff need to be adults. I'd prefer no age limit, but this is what we have to do.

Should be removed from the team the Map-Crew members are not 18+. Not that I have anything against them, but if it not does, it violates the law, right?

I think that should give opportunity to people, although they have 18+, may show a mature attitude, and meet the requirements. That is the most fair, as there are team members who are 18+ but not meet the requirements and demonstrate that they can.

If it is so that i am to get accepted into the mapcrew, it wont be as pleasant helping others knowing that so many other people aren't allowed to help others just because their parents decided to woohoo a bit later than mine.
It's not really much equality in this game if age is going to matter so much.

I don't think any drama would really solve anything. And no one is obligated to stay in mapcrew, they can leave anytime If it's too much too handle.

I meet the requirements, but.. So many others don't.
